Today I want to talk about Porridge!
Porridge is a dish made by boiling ground, crushed, or chopped starchy plants – typically grain – in water or milk. They are rich in fiber. They are a great way to soothe your baby’s digestive system and prevent any issues with constipation or bowel inconsistency. A one-fourth cup of oats will provide almost eight percent of your baby’s daily needs of iron.
I have to confess that prior to the HiPP pouches that were given as a Ambassador, my baby never tried porridge before, so in the beginning I wasn't sure which would be his reaction!
First I let him try which flavour was ready to try first... and after a few minutes of indecision, he chose the Pear, Apple & Apricot Porridge. He was so impatient to taste it that couldn't wait for us to put it on his plate!
And as you can see, he loved it! He was opening the mouth all the time asking for more!
Not only he loved all three porridge, he wanted to play with the pouch after he finished eating it!
So if you are not sure if it's for you, I highly recommend you the HiPP Fruity Porridge, it's a good dinner and your baby will love it! ;)
