How about cooking an original recipe today?
I've bought the "'o Sole 'e Capri" for my mum, and yesterday we cooked it with some autumn ingredients: mushrooms and onions.
The recipe we use it was really easy...
First we fried the mushrooms and the onions in two different pans...
After boil the pasta for a few minutes, we want it "al dente" not very cooked!
And then fill the sun with the ingredients!
